HELP NORTH MINNEAPOLIS - CALL THE "COMPETITION!" Call or Drop Stuff off at KMOJ

Friends of TruthToTell (borrowed from IFP-thanks)
If you would like to donate to those affected by the tornado disaster in North Minneapolis, donations are being accepted at KMOJ Radio Station located at the intersection of W. Broadway and Penn Ave. North.
Suggested donations include: clothing, blankets, bottled water, non-perishable food items, and any other items you think would be of help. (Immediately needed are candles as many are without power.)
Because exit routes off I-94 are closed, it has been suggested you take Olson Memorial Hwy to Penn Avenue and follow all the way to West Broadway. However, because this is one of the few access points into the area, expect traffic.
Also, Urban Homeworks is organizing volunteers that want to help with clean up. They no longer need volunteers today, but they will need more volunteers the rest of the week and into the weekend. You can also donate work gloves and trash bags to the effort which again can be dropped off at Penn & Broadway. For more updated information check their Facebook page.
